Important Information

* Check-in: 14h00.* Check-out: 10h00.* Should you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please make prior arrangementswith management and we will try to accommodate you wherever possible.* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and living area. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas. Any person found smoking inside the premises is liable for a fine of R500.* Regretfully pets aren’t accepted.* The Raz is an alcohol-free premises, the consumption and storage of any alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited. Any person in violation is liable for a fine of R1000.* The maximum number of guests per room is limited to the number of persons booked (including children). If this policy has been breached, The Raz reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund or charge a fee for increased occupancy.* We are committed to providing and maintaining a high standard of accommodation, please use the facility with respect and consideration.* No unauthorised persons allowed on the property at any time.* You will be held accountable if you are found guilty of breakages, misuse or damage to the property.* Any room left in a very dirty condition will be charged an extra R250 cleaning fee.* The use of electric frying pans, gas stoves, etc. is strictly prohibited.* No parties allowed.* No loud noise or inconsiderate behaviour.* No overnight visitors allowed.* Day visitors may not use the swimming pool.* No visiting guests are allowed in the rooms, visiting guests are allowed in common areas and have to leave by 22h00.* Please only use the parking allocated to you.* Please switch off lights, air-conditioning, bathroom heaters, heated towel rails etc. when not in use.* Please consider the environment and save water.* Linen and towels are changed once every 3 days during an extended stay.* Breakfast is served daily from 07h30 am to 10h00 am should you require breakfast earlier kindly inform us when making your booking reservation.* Swimming pool hours are from 06h00 to 06h30 should you wish to use the pool before or after this time a booking is required.* Private bookings for the swimming pool and entertainment area can be arranged at a fee.* .The Raz does not accept any responsibility for missing items.* All facilities are used at your own risk.* The Raz does not accept responsibility for any loss of life, injury or damage to any property.* In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (burst geysers, heat pump failure, etc) please take note that Harrismith is a small town and although we will attend to the problem immediately repairs may take time. Your patience is highly appreciated.* The generator will only run on a full-time basis when there are more than 4 guests booked.* The guest hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold The Raz harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to the Renter's use of property or the items of personal property provided therein. The guest assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including the use of the private swimming pool on the Property and will hold The Raz harmless with respect thereto.
