IMPORTANT NOTICE
Reservations can only be held for 48 hours upon quotation sent and be confirmed by paying a 50% deposit. The balance is due 10 days before arrival. Bookings less than 1 month before arrival requires full payment to confirm the reservation and no cancellation applies.
In line with procedures followed by global tour operators, we may identify exceptional circumstances in which we need to cancel a booking.
Cancellation policy
If this happens, all amounts received for the booking, including the deposit, will be refunded to you. This will be considered full and final settlement of any liability of any kind, however it may arise, relating to the cancellation.
Under normal circumstances, all deposits are non-refundable / non-transferable.
If you cancel your booking the following will apply.
Cancellation received within more than 4 weeks of arrival date = 60% refund
Cancellation received between 2 weeks to 4 weeks from arrival date = 30% refund
Cancellation received less than 2 weeks from arrival date = 0% refund
